TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates include: City tax (€6,00 per person per night)

• Reservations: Booking is confirmed only by a down payment of the total price (For last-minute bookings received within 10 days from the check-in date, we only accept payments with credit cards or urgent bank transfers. Last-minute reservations where we do not receive an immediate credit on our bank account will be automatically canceled).

• Cancellation:

Flexible rates:
0% penalty and 100% reimbursement will be considered for cancellation or changes received until 15 days from the check-in date.
A 50% penalty and 50% reimbursement will be considered for cancellation or changes received between 14 and 8 days from the check-in date.
100% penalty and no reimbursement will be considered for cancellation, no-show, or changes received within 7 days from the check-in date.



Refundable Rates:
For cancellations or changes until 8 days from the check-in date, there is no penalty and full reimbursement will be provided.
A 50% penalty applies for cancellation or changes received within 7 days from the check-in date except for cancellation, no-show, or changes received within 2 days from the check-in date when no reimbursement applies.
